Hey guys, I'm Olivia - a second year nursing student trying to live a healthy life.
I've always prided myself on being an athlete, playing every sport out there ever since I was little. My first year out of high school I played varsity basketball at university, but an injury took it away from me. Now I feel like I've lost myself. I've always struggled with my eating, but it's gotten to an all time low these past couple years. Emotional eating has been running my life, and exercise is something of my past sadly. This blog is a way for me to stay on track and get to where I want to be.
My plan is to eat clean, cutting all the processed crap out of my diet. I've just learned of many new allergies that I have so I plan to totally revamp my diet, cutting out beef, soy, eggs, gluten, pineapple, almonds and walnuts. Long list eh?! I LOVE cooking and baking, and I really want to incorporate them back into my life. From here on out I want to make fitness a big part of my life again - I'll keep you guys posted every step of the way!
